Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards at all times.
  • Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert engagements into transactions.
  • Operate the sales floor with high energy: manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques to business needs and maintain professional service standards.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges and online order pickups) and support inventory cycles—receiving shipments, stocking and product movement.
  • Maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Experience using walkie-talkies and following store operational procedures.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Social-media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition is preferred.

Experience

At least 1 year of direct sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail. Prior exposure to omni-channel selling, clienteling and social/live-stream commerce is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is a plus. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
