Coach seeks a Sales Associate in Chongqing (Chongqing Mixc) to deliver luxury retail and omni‑channel service at Coach.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Provide personalised styling, product expertise and fashion advice to build lasting client relationships and increase lifetime value.
  • Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑streaming) to capture client data and convert demand.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; proactively source new customers and follow up to close sales.
  • Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high service energy and adapting selling techniques to traffic and business needs.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
  • Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training programs, and foster a collaborative, trust‑based environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
  • Proficiency operating POS and mobile POS systems; comfortable using iPad/laptop and basic retail technology.
  • Familiarity with clienteling practices and data capture for CRM.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak shopping periods and public holidays.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic retail environment.
  • Preferred: social media savviness, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos and short‑form content creation.

Experience

At least one year of sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium retail experience is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and familiarity with omni‑channel retail practices is advantageous.

Education
