Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated and personalized client experience aligned with brand standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by developing personal sales plans and executing cross-selling and upselling strategies.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture client data and close sales.
- Manage in-store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), handle cash wrap, and follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Execute daily merchandising and operational tasks: inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
- Source new customers, follow up on leads, and convert prospects through timely outreach and clienteling.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking, and moving product; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand training, inclusion initiatives and store programmes; welcome feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with clienteling workflows.
- Demonstrated social-media savvy and experience with short-form video or live-stream product demonstrations preferred.
- Ability to perform physical requirements: lift regularly 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and manoeuvre in the sales floor and stockroom.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year in a sales role; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be taken into account.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is a plus.
