Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised customer service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and attainment of individual and team KPIs; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demos) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
- Support daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap and adhere to asset protection procedures.
- Manage inventory cycles: receive shipments, replenish stock, maintain sales floor and stockroom organisation, and assist with visual merchandising.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, multitask during peak periods and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, participate in brand initiatives and training, and accept feedback to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and basic IT devices (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); experience with clienteling tools.
- Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Strong proficiency in English required for this role in the U.S. market.
- Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video product demonstrations preferred.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.

At least one year of customer-facing sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail and demonstrable clienteling/data acquisition skills are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-related vocational training is advantageous.
