Coach seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Chicago to deliver elevated luxury retail service and omni-channel sales at 444 N. Michigan Ave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with brand style and service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Develop and meet individual sales plans and KPIs; proactively source new customers and execute cross-selling and upselling strategies.
- Perform daily store operations: efficient transaction processing (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and management, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a high-energy, organized sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS procedures, asset-protection policies, and loss prevention protocols.
- Support team performance through collaboration, mentoring peers, and participating in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and clienteling platforms.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and safely navigate sales floor and stockroom.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, omnichannel selling or social/live commerce is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary retail, fashion or customer-service training preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.

This position is based in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
