Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies, POS, and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage strong team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback constructively and maintain a calm, professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Luxury retail background with social media expertise (preferred)
  • Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or clienteling and data acquisition (preferred)
