Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice tailored to individual preferences
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain ongoing relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support full inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required to support overall store performance
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback constructively, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail background preferred)
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape
  • Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency including iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS systems
  • Proficiency with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in a high-traffic retail environment
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Luxury retail background, social media fluency, and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)
