Coach is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Chesterfield, Missouri (St. Louis Premium) to deliver elevated luxury retail service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering Coach’s Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert digital engagement into sales.
- Manage transactional and operational duties: process purchases/returns/exchanges/online pickups, maintain cash wrap accuracy, and follow asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish floor stock and maintain organised stockroom and merchandising standards.
- Maintain floor presence and energy, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; support colleagues across functional areas to foster team performance.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and recognised high-traffic retail days.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills, social-media savvy, and comfort with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred).
- Ability to perform physical retail duties: routinely lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Experience
Minimum of one year in sales or retail; experience within luxury or premium fashion retail and demonstrated success in clienteling and omni-channel selling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Chesterfield, Missouri, USA, with easy access to St. Louis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
