Coach in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury client experiences and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and consistently apply Coach’s Guide to Style and Service to deliver an elevated client experience.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and targeted follow-up.
- Drive sales performance using cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and encourage repeat business.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and participate in team initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and adhere to POS and asset protection procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; assist in inventory cycles and product movement.
- Support teammates across functional areas, contribute to training and brand initiatives, and foster a trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Proven clienteling and data-acquisition capabilities; social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail exposure and omni-channel selling experience preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs and building repeat client relationships is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail sales experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
