Coach in Chengdu (Chengdu MixC Mall) seeks a Sales Associate to deliver luxury service and drive omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Develop and implement personal sales plans; proactively source new customers and follow up to close sales.
  • Maintain high energy and service presence on the sales floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom organised and compliant with retail policies; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
  • Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); able to read price and release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience
