Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain long‑term client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short‑form video and live‑stream shopping) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Manage point‑of‑sale transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) while adhering to POS and asset‑protection procedures.
- Perform daily operational duties including inventory receiving, replenishment, stockroom organisation, and participation in inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom remain clean, organised and fully stocked.
- Adapt selling approach to high‑traffic situations, handle multiple clients concurrently, and support teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and sustain a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie‑talkie use and reading price/release sheets.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physically capable of regular lifting up to 25 lb (and up to 50 lb occasionally), climbing, bending and prolonged standing on the sales floor.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion. Demonstrable experience with omni‑channel selling, clienteling and social/social‑video selling techniques is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or customer service is a plus. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
