Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering the brand’s Guide to Style and Service standards and an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage omni‑channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream shopping) — to capture customer data and convert interactions into sales.
- Execute daily operational duties including transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap procedures, inventory receiving and replenishment, and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain a high-energy, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow POS and asset-protection procedures and support inventory cycles.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to a trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop), and to read price/release documentation.
- Comfortable using clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video or live‑stream formats to engage customers.
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining professional composure.
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as business needs demand.

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury retail or premium brand experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is preferred.
