Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in line with brand standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demonstrations) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and professional composure.
- Perform daily operational duties: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory receipt and replenishment, and support visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS procedures, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and stock movement, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); basic computer literacy.
- Familiarity with clienteling, data acquisition and social/live-stream selling is advantageous.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Calm, professional demeanour with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally within luxury retail or premium brand environments. Experience with omnichannel selling, clienteling and social/live-stream shopping is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or customer service training preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Changsha, Hunan, China.
