Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Changsha (Shanshan Outlet Plaza) to deliver luxury retail service, omni-channel selling and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling, product expertise and fashion advice to build long-term relationships.
- Drive individual and store revenue through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with high energy and professionalism while adapting selling techniques to business needs.
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking, and managing product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain tidy, organized and compliant sales floor and stockroom; follow POS procedures and asset-protection policies.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives, and welcome feedback to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile point-of-sale devices (iPad/laptop).
- Comfortable using clienteling tools, social selling platforms, walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or omni-channel selling experience preferred, including clienteling and social/live commerce exposure.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
