Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, adhering to Coach style and service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalised client experiences through styling advice, product knowledge and bespoke recommendations.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream shopping) to capture customer data and encourage repeat business.
- Manage transactional activity efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and support inventory processes (receiving, replenishment, stockroom management).
- Maintain visual standards on the sales floor, support merchandising and complete daily operational tasks such as cash wrap and inventory processing.
- Source new clients, nurture relationships and execute follow‑up to close sales.
- Support colleagues across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competence operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); comfortable with basic retail technology and walkie‑talkie communications.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data‑capture skills; experience with social selling or live‑stream/video demonstrations is an advantage.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Professional demeanour with resilience in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail; demonstrated track record meeting individual sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational or tertiary study in fashion, retail or related disciplines is advantageous. A combination of education and practical retail experience will be considered.
