Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Chandler, Arizona (Chandler Fashion Center) to deliver personalised luxury retail experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador, delivering Coach’s Guide to Style and Service and providing personalised styling and product advice.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through in-store consultations, follow-ups and proactive clienteling to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans aligned with KPIs.
- Utilize Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms—including short-form video—to capture customer data and support omni-channel conversions.
- Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement while maintaining a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom.
- Adapt selling approach across multiple customers and high-traffic periods; assist teammates across functional areas and promote a collaborative team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrable POS operation experience and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred; clienteling and data-acquisition experience advantageous.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet individual sales targets and to execute omni-channel selling tactics.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Chandler, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
