Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Chandler, AZ — deliver luxury retail service and omnichannel selling for Tapestry's Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer experiences that reflect Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales KPIs through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling; execute personal sales plans.
- Engage omnichannel customers using mobile POS, clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video or live-stream demonstrations to capture data and convert sales.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap transactions, returns/exchanges, online order pickups, inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; adhere to asset-protection, POS and retail policy procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Comply with physical requirements of the role (regularly lift at least 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and sustain energy during peak retail periods.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and clienteling tools; familiarity with walkie-talkie operation and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience or comfort in social selling, short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift, bend, climb and maneuver in a retail environment as required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion; proven track record meeting sales targets and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail-, fashion- or customer-service-related coursework or certification preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Chandler, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
