Coach is hiring a Temporary Sales Associate (part‑time) in Centralia, WA to deliver luxury retail service and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Develop and sustain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Drive sales performance by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling and meeting individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage omni-channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video) — to capture client data and convert online and in-store traffic.
- Execute daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles (receiving shipments, stocking shelves, managing product movement) and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Maintain a professional, calm demeanor, welcome feedback, and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social-media savvy with experience or aptitude for live‑stream shopping, video demos and social selling (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in sales floor and stockroom environments.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1 year in a sales role; prior luxury retail experience preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
