Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert engagements into sales.
  • Operate transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising while maintaining service levels.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement and maintain an organized stockroom.
  • Maintain a high-energy presence on the sales floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
  • Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection guidelines; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept and act upon performance feedback professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and mobile selling devices (iPad/laptop, mobile POS).
  • Ability to read price and release sheets and use walkie‑talkie communication as needed.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video or live‑stream shopping preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of direct sales experience, ideally within luxury or fashion retail, with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and engaging customers across in‑store and digital touchpoints.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
