Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalised client experiences in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling and upselling tailored recommendations.
- Leverage omni-channel tools—including mobile POS, clienteling systems and social selling platforms—to capture client data and convert social and online interactions into sales.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple client interactions simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to meet business needs.
- Perform daily operational tasks such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, receiving shipments, and visual merchandising while adhering to POS and asset protection procedures.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and support inventory cycles to ensure product availability.
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organised and stocked; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, learning programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to use POS systems and mobile POS devices; competency with iPad/laptop required.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Familiarity with clienteling practices, data acquisition, and social selling; experience with live-stream shopping or short-form video is desirable.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or fashion retail. Demonstrated competence operating POS and mobile devices; experience with clienteling, social selling and video-driven commerce is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
