Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences in line with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Drive sales and client loyalty through cross-selling, upselling, personalized styling, and proactive follow-up to close transactions.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data, process sales, and promote repeat purchases.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, returns/exchanges, online order pickups, inventory receiving, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a high-energy, organized sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection, and retail policies.
- Develop and pursue personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
- Support teammates across functional areas, contribute to training and brand initiatives, and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and clienteling tools preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physically able to lift at least 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or fashion retail. Demonstrated ability to meet sales KPIs, build repeat client relationships, and operate point-of-sale and clienteling systems.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
