Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering personalised, elevated luxury service consistent with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and cultivate lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Operate mobile POS and in-store technology to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently.
  • Use clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video to capture customer data, convert prospects and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs.
  • Support daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving, replenishment, stockroom organisation and visual merchandising.
  • Participate in inventory cycles, merchandise movement and asset-protection procedures to preserve store standards.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and contribute to inclusion and training initiatives.
  • Accept feedback, adapt behaviour professionally and maintain a calm, service-oriented demeanour during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven competence using POS systems and basic digital devices (iPad, laptop); comfortable with mobile POS operation.
  • Proficiency in English (strong verbal communication and customer-facing presentation).
  • Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Social-media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition preferred.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment and adhere to retail policies and asset-protection procedures.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience and demonstrable omni‑channel selling or clienteling exposure are strongly preferred.

Education
