Coach Sales Associate position in Castle Rock, Colorado—luxury retail role offering personalized customer service, omni-channel selling, and competitive hourly pay.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling advice, product expertise, and fashion consultations
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain client relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously and adapting techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining elevated service standards
  • Maintain organized and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS protocols, and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as needed to support store operations
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome constructive feedback, adapt behaviors as needed, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail background strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience with POS systems, mobile devices (iPad/laptop), and Mobile POS platforms
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and retail technology (walkie-talkie systems, price/release sheet interpretation)
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments

Experience

Minimum 1+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Experience demonstrating fashion trend awareness, competitive product knowledge, and proficiency with point-of-sale systems. Social media savvy and familiarity with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or clienteling platforms are preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant retail experience and professional development training is acceptable in lieu of formal post-secondary education.
