Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to brand service standards and the Coach Guide to Style
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and tailored fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and targeted product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source and acquire new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Maintain organized, clean, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product flow
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required to support store operations
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Welcome constructive feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain professional composure under pressure

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS technology
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience

1+ years of sales experience in a retail environment, with luxury retail background preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer interactions, adapt selling techniques, and maintain composure in high-volume settings. Experience with data acquisition, customer relationship management, and social media selling is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail or fashion experience will be considered.
