Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Drive individual and store sales by cross-selling, upselling, executing personal sales plans and meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture client data and convert interest into sales.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory receiving, replenishment and merchandising.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and fully stocked; follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas; participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Sustain a high-energy, customer-focused sales floor presence and adapt selling techniques to business needs and peak traffic periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad and laptop devices and walkie‑talkie communication.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Minimum of one year in a sales-facing role; prior luxury retail experience and familiarity with social selling or live-stream demos are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
