Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering personalised, elevated luxury service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage omni-channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) — to capture client data and convert demand.
  • Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with high energy and professional composure; adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs.
  • Support daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Receive shipments, stock merchandise, manage product movement and assist with inventory cycles while following POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; comply with retail policies and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust-based team environment and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
  • Accept feedback, adapt behaviours and sustain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure; meet the physical demands of the role (regularly lift ≥25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrable experience operating POS systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie in a store environment.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric retail environment and to maintain high standards under peak traffic conditions.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Preferred: social media savvy with experience in social selling, short-form video, live-stream shopping, clienteling and data acquisition.

Experience

At least one year of direct sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail; demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to use clienteling and omni-channel sales techniques.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience accepted.
