Role & Responsibilities
- Represents Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Delivers personalized styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and drive loyalty.
- Executes omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Meets or exceeds individual and team KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Performs daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Maintains sales floor and stockroom organization; follows POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Supports inventory cycles: receiving shipments, stocking and managing product movement.
- Fosters a collaborative, trust‑based environment and participates in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Minimum of one year in retail sales, with luxury retail and omni‑channel selling experience preferred; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
