Coach is hiring a Temporary Sales Associate in Cannock, UK. Luxury retail experience, mobile POS proficiency, and English fluency required. £28,080–£30,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and maintain adherence to brand service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and customized product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up sales processes
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles through shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement management
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage collective performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible scheduling availability, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with preference for luxury retail background. Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, social media engagement, and clienteling platforms is advantageous. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or retail certifications are not required but may be advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from GBP 28,080 to GBP 30,000 per annum.
