Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations based on customer preferences and trends
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up strategically to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining elevated service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and fully stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement with accuracy
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required to ensure seamless store operations
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage collective performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome constructive feedback, demonstrate adaptability, and maintain professional composure in demanding situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency including iPad and mobile POS platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to read price sheets and release information accurately
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Experience

Proficiency with POS terminals, mobile devices, and retail management systems is essential.

Education
