Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked in accordance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage strong team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors as needed, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
  • Ability to use walkie-talkies and read price/release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
  • Physical capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
