Coach Sales Associate, Calgary, AB — Deliver luxury retail experiences, drive sales through omni-channel engagement, and build client loyalty.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked while following retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates in functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
  • Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Luxury retail background, social media proficiency, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, and clienteling expertise (preferred)
