Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Calgary, Alberta — frontline retail role delivering luxury service and driving sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Use POS systems, Mobile POS/iPad, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream shopping) to capture customer data and convert transactions.
  • Support daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory cycles, receive shipments, and maintain visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Maintain a high level of floor readiness and product availability; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and adhere to asset protection procedures.
  • Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate a calm, professional demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and Mobile POS (iPad/laptop), and experience using clienteling tools and walkie‑talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel) on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
