Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Calgary, AB to deliver luxury retail service and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Leverage omnichannel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video) — to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards: organization, stock levels and adherence to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives and training.
- Maintain professional composure and adaptability on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Practical experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop; Mobile POS).
- Strong English language proficiency for client-facing communication.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to bend, kneel and maneuver stockroom and sales floor.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and familiarity with clienteling and omni-channel sales tools is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in fashion, retail, or a related field is an asset.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
