Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, maintaining adherence to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion recommendations
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans while meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up activities to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of sales floor and stockroom while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Demonstrate receptiveness to feedback, adapt behaviors as needed, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
  • Ability to operate walkie-talkies and read price/release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
