Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Provide elevated, personalized shopping experiences through styling advice, product expertise and relationship-building.
  • Drive individual and store sales by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling and achieving KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling/short-form video to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Source new customers, follow up to close sales and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Perform routine store operations: process transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap and adhere to POS procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles—receive shipments, replenish stock, process inventory and maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour professionally.
  • Adhere to retail policies, asset protection procedures and health & safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Experience operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/Mobile POS); comfortable with basic computer tasks and walkie‑talkie communication.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lb (occasionally up to 50 lb), climb, bend, kneel and manage stockroom activities.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience

At least one year of retail or sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion; demonstrated success with omni-channel selling, clienteling and meeting individual sales KPIs.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
