Coach Sales Associate
Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Byron Center, Michigan to deliver luxury retail and omni-channel client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, upholding Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalized styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and close sales.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions, manage inventory receipt and replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintain sales floor/stockroom standards.
- Source and follow up with new customers, manage online order pickups, returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Support team performance by collaborating across functional areas, participating in brand initiatives and trainings, and fostering a trust-based environment.
- Maintain composure and professional demeanor under pressure; accept feedback and adapt behaviors to business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop for sales and clienteling.
- Proven clienteling and data-acquisition skills; familiarity with social selling or live‑stream shopping is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing and stocking.
- High level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Experience
At least 1+ year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail experience and familiarity with omni-channel selling and clienteling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
