Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach standards.
  • Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and tailored fashion advice to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and bespoke recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert engagements into sales.
  • Manage transactional duties efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and maintain cash-wrap accuracy.
  • Support daily store operations: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock, and participate in inventory cycles.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards; keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organised and well stocked.
  • Adapt selling techniques to floor traffic and customer needs, managing multiple customers while preserving high energy and professionalism.
  • Follow retail policies and asset-protection procedures; assist teammates across functional areas when required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate continuous behavioural adaptation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile POS; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and walkie‑talkie experience.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, peak season, public holidays).
  • Preferred: social media savvy including short-form video, live‑stream shopping or video demo experience; clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience

At least one year of direct sales experience, ideally within luxury or fashion retail. Demonstrated competency with POS systems, clienteling, omni‑channel selling and social or video-based selling formats is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or diploma in retail, fashion or related fields is advantageous.
