Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Develop and sustain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive clienteling to drive repeat business.
  • Execute omnichannel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert leads.
  • Achieve individual and store KPIs through consultative selling, cross‑selling and upselling; develop and follow personal sales plans.
  • Manage daily store operations: cash wrap transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pick‑ups, returns, exchanges).
  • Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking, and product movement while maintaining stockroom and sales‑floor standards.
  • Maintain a high level of floor energy, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Promote a collaborative, trust‑based environment; participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS and clienteling tools.
  • Demonstrable social selling skills and comfort with short‑form video/live‑stream shopping (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manage stockroom activities.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
