Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a front‑line ambassador, consistently applying Coach service and style standards (Coach Guide to Style and Service).
  • Deliver personalized styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and loyalty.
  • Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; meet individual and team KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (short‑form video, live‑stream) to capture client data and convert interactions.
  • Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, online pickups).
  • Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking and stockroom management; maintain visual and housekeeping standards.
  • Adapt selling techniques to floor traffic, manage multiple customers and maintain high energy and professionalism.
  • Participate in brand initiatives and training programs; foster a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie‑talkie.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Social‑media savvy with experience or interest in live‑stream shopping, short‑form video demos and clienteling (preferred).

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or premium brand experience is highly desirable. Demonstrable track record meeting sales KPIs and using mobile POS/clienteling platforms preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal study in fashion/retail is advantageous. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
