Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador for Coach, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and tailored fashion advice.
- Drive revenue via proactive selling: cross-selling, upselling and bespoke product recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and stimulate repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; track results and contribute to team performance objectives.
- Source new customers and perform timely follow-up to close sales and increase lifetime value.
- Maintain a high-energy, customer-focused presence on the sales floor while managing multiple clients and adapting selling techniques to demand.
- Complete daily operational duties — cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising — while upholding service standards.
- Keep sales floor and stockroom organised and stocked; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking and managing product movement.
- Collaborate across functional areas, support teammates as required, and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Hands-on experience with POS operation and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad and laptop; familiarity with walkie-talkie communication and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Social media savvy with preferred experience in live-stream shopping or video demos; demonstrable clienteling and data acquisition skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a calm, professional demeanour and receptiveness to feedback.

Experience
Minimum one year of retail sales experience, with luxury or premium retail experience preferred; prior exposure to omni-channel selling and clienteling is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant sales experience will be considered.
