Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and well-stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates in functional areas as required to support store operations
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail preferred
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience with POS operation and mobile point-of-sale systems
  • Basic computer proficiency including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS platforms
  • Ability to read price sheets and release documentation
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Luxury retail background and social media proficiency (preferred)
  • Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred)
