Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver highly personalized client interactions, including styling advice, product education, and tailored recommendations to build long-term relationships.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture customer data and convert purchases.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, perform inventory receiving and replenishment, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement, and assist teammates across functional areas as business needs require.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour while maintaining professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Demonstrable clienteling capability and social media savviness; experience with live-stream shopping or video product demos is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and move around the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments and demonstrated track record meeting sales targets preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
