Coach Sales Associate position in Broomfield, Colorado. Part-time retail role combining luxury service, sales, and store operations. $15–$24.25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling advice, product expertise, and fashion consultation tailored to individual preferences
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and targeted product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and store-level KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain established relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and adapting selling techniques to business demands
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap processing, inventory management, merchandise replenishment, and visual presentation
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order fulfillment
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise, and managing product movement throughout the store
- Collaborate with team members across functional areas to support store objectives
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and contribute to positive workplace culture
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism when receiving feedback and adapting to operational requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS technology, including iPad and laptop operation
- Competency with basic computer functions and familiarity with walkie-talkie systems
- Ability to read and interpret price sheets and product release documentation
- Strong English language proficiency
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs. (occasionally up to 50 lbs.) and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience in retail; luxury retail background is preferred. A combination of education and equivalent retail or customer service experience will be considered. Experience with live-stream shopping, video product demonstrations, and social media engagement is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; no additional formal education required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
