Coach is hiring a Sales Associate (part-time) in Broomfield, Colorado. Join Coach/Tapestry to deliver elevated, omni-channel luxury retail experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling advice, product expertise and follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory receiving and replenishment, and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain floor and stockroom organization, follow asset-protection and POS procedures, and support inventory cycles.
- Adapt selling techniques to changing business needs, manage multiple customers with high energy, and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); experience with mobile POS and clienteling platforms.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social-media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to climb, bend and kneel as required by retail operations.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury retail, clienteling, or omni-channel selling experience are preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Broomfield, Colorado, USA, with easy access to Denver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
