Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service and adhering to Coach style and service standards.
- Develop lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; execute and monitor personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage omni‑channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream demos) — to capture client data and convert sales.
- Support daily store operations including cash wrap transactions, returns/exchanges, online order pickups, inventory receiving, replenishment and stockroom organization.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor, assist with inventory cycles, and follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with composure and high energy; assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proven proficiency operating POS and mobile POS systems (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with clienteling tools and basic retail technology.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and navigate the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of direct retail sales experience; luxury retail and omni‑channel selling experience preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets, using clienteling tools and engaging customers via social/video channels is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or fashion training is a plus. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Broomfield, Colorado, USA, with easy access to Denver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
