Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with brand standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up.
- Drive sales performance via cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (short‑form video, live demos) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and contribute to team targets.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and professional presentation.
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, returns/exchanges, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Receive shipments, execute stockroom processes and support inventory cycles and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Process transactions efficiently for purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
- Support teammates in functional areas as required and participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency operating POS systems (mobile POS) and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
- Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform stockroom tasks requiring bending, kneeling and climbing.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium fashion and who have familiarity with omni‑channel selling and clienteling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Broomfield, Colorado, USA, with easy access to Denver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
