Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering personalized, elevated client service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through styling, product expertise, tailored recommendations, cross-selling and upselling to drive revenue and repeat business.
- Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs by developing and executing personal sales plans and participating in team initiatives and training.
- Execute daily store operations: transact purchases/returns/exchanges/online pickups, manage cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization and adherence to POS, asset protection and retail policies; support inventory cycles including receiving and stocking shipments.
- Support colleagues across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand and inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and Mobile POS (iPad/laptop); ability to read price/release sheets and use walkie-talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience or comfort using short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos to engage customers (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a busy sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience; prior luxury or fashion retail experience is preferred and will be considered advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and professional experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
