Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Boston (Faneuil Hall). Deliver luxury retail service and drive omni-channel clienteling sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by upselling, cross-selling and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert digital engagement into sales.
- Source new customers, manage multiple clients on the sales floor, and adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs.
- Complete daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
- Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles, including receiving and stocking shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom and assist teammates across functional areas to foster team performance.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate a calm, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS systems.
- Experience using clienteling tools and social selling platforms; social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or high-end clienteling experience preferred. Experience using POS, clienteling systems and social/video selling channels is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
