Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and style expert, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice tailored to individual preferences
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and product recommendations aligned with customer needs
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video content) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, establish relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales and build a loyal client base
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously and adapting selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently across all channels (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups)
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Provide cross-functional support to teammates as required
  • Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment; actively encourage and support team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Receive feedback constructively, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Preferred: Social media fluency, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, and advanced clienteling and data acquisition skills
