Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and standard POS to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently.
- Use clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short‑form video/live‑stream techniques to capture customer data and inspire purchases.
- Support daily store operations including inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom organisation and asset‑protection procedures.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with composure, adapt selling techniques to business needs and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion programs; welcome feedback and continuously adapt behaviour to improve performance.
- Perform physical tasks as required: lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout the store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute a personal sales plan.
- Operational proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS devices.
- Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Strong English communication skills required.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; candidates with prior luxury or premium brand retail experience, demonstrated clienteling, and familiarity with omni‑channel selling and social/live streaming retail techniques are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary coursework in retail, fashion, merchandising or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
